What our reviewers measured. Testers were broadly positive, and purchases were the standout. The gap is on the way out: redemption ease scored well below purchases, and among the redemptions reviewers saw through to a measured speed, 3+ days was the most common result. A number of testers were asked to complete identity verification.
Playing free. The signup bundle combines Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, with no purchase necessary, backed by daily login coins and the free entry routes set out in the sweepstakes rules. Gold Coins are play-only; Sweeps Coins are the currency that can be redeemed for prizes.
Worth knowing. The operator's Terms exclude a number of states, so the availability card above governs. The minimum age is 18. Splash Coins was sent a cease-and-desist letter by the Illinois Gaming Board in February 2026; Illinois does not appear in the operator's own restricted list in the Terms published after that letter.

Across all the states our reviewers test from, the same operator averages 7.3 over 80 tests, so Texans continue to rate it higher than testers elsewhere. Three Texas tests have come in since our last update, scoring 9, 8 and 9, and twelve of the fifteen testers now score the site 8 or above. The standout figure is support: 9.0 from the four Texas testers who rated it, the best support average of any operator that at least four Texas testers have scored on that measure.

One tester explained that you verify your location before the cashier opens, then listed card, Apple Pay, Skrill and bank transfer as payment options. Coin purchases scored 9.1.
Support that answers
The four Texas testers who contacted support scored it 10, 10, 9 and 7. One asked live chat how long verification would take and said an agent appeared very quickly and answered efficiently. Another, who ran into loading problems with a couple of games, still singled out the helpful live chat. The October tester who logged a payout also rated support 10.
Account creation scored 9.5 and usability 8.9. Testers described confirming an email, then entering an address and date of birth. Only one of the fifteen Texas tests recorded an ID check at signup; verification comes when you redeem.
The 100 SC redemption floor
Redemption is where Splash Coins asks for patience. The minimum is 100 SC, and Texas testers found no gift-card option for smaller balances. Three raised it without being asked, though one called 100 SC a pretty standard bar. Redemption ease scored 6.7, the lowest of its Texas marks.
Five Texas tests timed a payout: one instant, two in one to two days and two in three days or more, the latest of those in October. One tester was quoted one to three business days by bank or Skrill. Expect a proof-of-address request. One tester supplied a utility bill and was verified in about 20 minutes. Another found the bank transfer setup kept sending them in circles, switched to Skrill and found it much quicker. Across all the states our reviewers test from, 15 of 80 tests timed a payout, and seven of those took three days or more.
A slots-only lobby
The newest testers confirmed what earlier ones said: there are no table games and no live games, only slots and jackpots. Testers disagreed on the size of the library. One counted roughly 200 slots, while another described well over 900 with more than 50 exclusives. Games are grouped by provider, with exclusive, new, popular and hold-and-win categories. The October tester praised the selection and graphics and scored both 10. Game quality averages 8.5 and game range 7.8.
One August tester found games that did not fit the screen, and another wanted more original themes. Eleven testers played in the browser and four used both the site and the app, though one could not get the app to install.
