Playing Pulsz from Texas
What Texas testers found at Pulsz
From our verified Texas reviewer tests — real accounts, real purchases. Texas testers' redemption times ranged from instant to several days, with three days or more the most common report.
Cash redemptions need a $100 balance, and several testers only learned that at redemption.
At least six Texas testers flagged the redemption minimums: bank or Skrill payouts require 100 SC while gift cards unlock at 10 SC, and one noted the threshold was never disclosed during signup or purchase.
“The minimum amount to withdraw to a bank account or Skrill wallet is 100 SC. The minimum amount for a gift card redemption is 10 SC. This was never communicated in any of the payment or registration screens.”
“Also, withdrawal minimum starts at 100SC, which is a little high.”
“Keep in mind that in order to withdrawal, you need to have a minimum of $100 SC.”
There is no live chat anywhere — support means submitting a form and waiting for email.
Three Texas testers independently hit the same wall: no live agent and no chat bot, just a help-request form answered by email.
“You'll notice there is no live support feature. What year is this? Apparently Pulsz is partying like it's 1999 because you have to go old school and submit a help request through their site and wait for an e-mail response.”
“There is no live chat available for Pulsz. There is an issue submission form but it is nothing like a chat bot or a live person.”
“there is no live customer support, which may be potentially frustrating or unnerving to a customer”
ID checks wait until you redeem, and most testers cleared them in minutes.
Signup asks for no ID at all. Of the Texas testers who verified for redemption, most described a fast, simple process, though one found it a grind.
“To redeem your price, you do a quick 2 min ID and address verification, you can redeem into online banking, ACH or Skrill.”
“ID verification required prior to claiming prize, but the process was incredibly simple.”
“…their verification process is ridiculous for redemption.”
The mobile app may not let you play sweeps coins — two testers had to go back to the website.
Two Texas testers found the app effectively locked to Gold Coin play with no visible way to switch, sending them to the browser for SC games.
“there is no visible way to change from GC to SC in the app to wager. Skip the app and use the website.”
“The Pulsz phone app only allows you to play using Gold Coins, which are strictly for entertainment and don’t have any sweepstakes element. If you want to play using Sweepstakes Coins (the ones tied to potential prize redemptions), you have to use the website through a browser.”

Quick Verdict
Pulsz is the biggest brand name in sweepstakes casinos, and our reviewer-programme tests back the fundamentals: purchases scored 9.3/10 and overall experience 8.1/10, with payouts the main weak spot at a typical 3+ days.
We Tested Pulsz from Texas
Our reviewer programme has completed 97 documented tests of Pulsz, including 26 by Texas players — real accounts, real purchases, real redemptions, most recently in October 2026.
Rated 10/10“Pulsz signup is incredibly easy, with no ID required. Great selection of games, including Blackjack and Slots. The blackjack was live, and the Presenter was very friendly and extremely quick. The game moved at a great pace, and I won quite a few times. The slots were fast and engaging, with virtually zero load…”
Rated 10/10“It' was extremely easy to deposit and games were pretty self explanatory i enjoyed ”
What reviewers criticized“Pulsz Casino is one that has some good bones, but misses on several factors to make it a wonderful experience. For starters the game selection is 90 percent slots, which while fun, can get very repetitive. Unlike other casinos they don't have any live games, and a very limited table game selection. Though they did…”

Rated 9/10“I had an enjoyable experience playing on Pulsz Casino. I received a welcome bonus of 3,000 Gold Coins and 2.30 SweepCoins, which gave me a good opportunity to explore the games and get a feel for the platform. I enjoyed trying out the different games and liked having both Gold Coins and SweepCoins available to play…”
Rated 8/10“Account creation was a lot simpler than I expected. Tried a few games and most were a little underwhelming, and sort of bleh. While they were still functional, I was expecting more perks.”
Rated 7/10“Pulsz is another top-quality online sweepstakes platform, complete with a high-contrast, easy-to-navigate UI system complete with both classic, themed and special games. Both the registration and deposit/withdrawal process were relatively seamless, allowing the standard methods of transactions from credit card to…”
Rated 8/10“ My experience with this casino was not the best their verification process is ridiculous for redemption. They have a nice selection of games. I have not spoke with customer service so I can’t not state how well they are. I also did not use chat so I can’t state how well they are at this time. I loved the graphics…”
Rated 10/10“I love, love, LOVE Pulsz!! The registration process was a breeze, it has an excellent selection of games to choose from, and there were no lags with the site which is an A+ in my eyes. And the prices for the packages - Chef's Kiss!! I would definitely recommend this website if I was asked for the best online casino…”
Rated 8/10“All the games are actually enjoyable and they have a variety of them you can choose from. The promotions are very nice and sign up wasn’t as difficult as others. One of the things I enjoyed the most on this site was the graphics that were stunning and vibrant. One of the downsides of it would be how they rarely…”
Rated 10/10“My experience with Pulz Sweepstakes has been outstanding from start to finish. The website and mobile app are both designed exceptionally well, making navigation simple, smooth, and user-friendly. Rated 8/10“ Straightforward sign up and lots of chances to get free SC and GC Got an offer for free SC through my payment, as well as another one through an email survery There was not a tab at the top to select different categories which was not my favorite compared to other websites, but appriciated that they still had the…”
✓ Pros
✗ Cons
Pulsz, operated by Yellow Social Interactive, is a widely searched sweepstakes casino in the US and a frequently tested one in our reviewer programme.
What our reviewers measured. Reviewers rated the overall experience well. Purchases were near-frictionless. Redemptions scored lower, and among reviewers who completed a redemption, the typical turnaround was several days — plan for that rather than the same-day payouts some rivals manage.
Playing free. No purchase is necessary: signup grants Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, with more available through daily login bonuses and free entry routes described in the sweepstakes rules. The headline welcome offer is a first-purchase deal (see the current offer).
Worth knowing. Pulsz sets its age floor at 21+, stricter than the usual 18+, and its own Terms exclude a longer state list than most competitors — the availability card above reflects what applies where you are. Redemptions require identity verification the first time; reviewers found the process routine but not instant.
The full Pulsz Texas review
Pulsz is the most searched sweepstakes casino brand in Texas and, after McLuck, the one our reviewer programme has tested most inside the state. Twenty-five Texans opened accounts, bought coin packs and tried to redeem between April 27 and August 25, 2026. This review is built from those 25 tests rather than from the operator's marketing page. Their verbatim notes sit further down this page; what follows is our reading of the numbers.
The Texas scorecard
| Texas tests | 25 (network total 92 across 14 states) |
| Overall | 8.2 / 10 in Texas, 8.1 nationally |

| Buying coins | 9.0 / 10 |

Getting in is the easy part
Account creation scored 9.4, the joint highest mark in our Texas set alongside McLuck. Pulsz does not ask for identity documents at signup. Only 4 of the 25 Texas tests involved an ID check at all, and those happened at redemption, where testers generally cleared them within minutes. That ordering is the opposite of High 5 Casino, which verifies before you play, and it is the main reason Pulsz feels frictionless on day one.
Buying coins scored 9.0. The payment roster is the longest of any operator on our Texas list, running from the usual cards through Skrill to Apple Pay and Google Pay. One tester reported the card-number field failing to load on a first purchase attempt, which was the only purchase problem in 25 tests.
The $100 line
Redemption is where the score falls to 7.0, and the reason is consistent across the tests. Redeeming to a bank account or a Skrill wallet needs a balance of 100 SC. Gift cards unlock at 10 SC. Several testers said neither figure was shown during signup or purchase, and they learned it only when they tried to redeem. If you play small stakes, the gift-card route is the realistic one.
Timing was mixed. Eleven of the 25 Texas tests reached a timed payout. Five waited three days or more, four were instant, and two took one to two days. Three days or more was the most common report, which puts Pulsz in the same band as McLuck for Texas payouts and clearly behind High 5 Casino, where most redemptions landed within two days.
Support is the weak spot
Support scored 5.7, the lowest of Pulsz's own dimensions. There is no live chat. Contact means submitting a form and waiting for an email reply. Among the four operators we have tested twenty or more times in Texas, only High 5 Casino scored lower on support, and McLuck (7.1) and WOW Vegas (7.6) both did noticeably better. When a redemption stalls, this is the part of Pulsz you will notice.
Browser or app?
Fifteen of the 25 testers played on the website only and ten used both the site and the mobile app. Two of the app users reported that the app would not let them play with sweeps coins and went back to the browser. Until that changes, we recommend the website for anything you intend to redeem.
Who Pulsz suits in Texas
If you expect to build a balance past 100 SC and you do not need to talk to a human along the way, Pulsz is a better fit than most of the Texas roster, and its 8.2 overall reflects that. If you want to redeem small amounts often, McLuck's gift cards from around $10 and WOW Vegas's 20 SC gift-card floor serve that habit better. Compare both on our Texas rankings.
Frequently asked questions

All 25 of our Texas testers registered and played from Texas locations in 2026. Pulsz publishes its own list of excluded states and that list changes, so check it on the operator's site before you purchase.
Is Pulsz legit?
Twenty-five verified Texas tests and 92 nationally say the fundamentals work: accounts open, purchases go through, and redemptions arrive, most often within three days or more. The complaints are about disclosure of the 100 SC minimum and about support, not about missing payouts.
What is the minimum redemption at Pulsz?
100 SC for cash to bank or Skrill. Gift cards start at 10 SC.
