Fortune Wins, the site formerly called Fortune Coins, makes a fast first impression on Texas players. Our three Texas testers scored account creation 9.3, coin purchases 9.5, usability 9 and game range 9. Its free sign-up grant of 360,000 Gold Coins and 1,000 Fortune Coins carries the largest prize-coin figure on our Texas list, and the reason that figure looks so big is the most useful thing to understand before you play.
This review replaces our earlier rules-based page. It now rests on three Texas tests run between September 18 and October 9, 2026, a small sample.
Why the balance reads in hundreds
Fortune Wins does not use the usual Sweeps Coins. Its prize currency is the Fortune Coin, and Fortune Coins are counted at a different scale. The October 9 tester worked it out: on their reading, every 100 FC is worth one US dollar. The September tester noticed the same thing from the other direction, and at first wondered whether the decimal point was in the wrong place.
So a balance of 1,000 FC is not a thousand of anything you could redeem one for one. Read every FC figure on the site, including prizes and the welcome grant, with that scale in mind. The October 9 tester saw an upside: a large FC balance gives you many more plays in a game. The trade-off, in their words, is that it takes longer to build an amount worth redeeming.
The offer
Free on sign-up: 360,000 Gold Coins + 1,000 Fortune Coins. You need to verify your email to receive the welcome grant, and verifying your phone number unlocks more, according to the September tester. The October tester recalled receiving 300 FC at sign-up, so the amount has changed over time.
First purchase: no first-purchase package is on record for Fortune Wins at the time of writing.
Games
Testers found a broad lobby: slots, table games and lighter titles such as Plinko-style games. Game quality averaged 8.7. The September tester found no live-dealer section, so do not sign up expecting one.
Redemption
The October 9 tester redeemed, and their payout fell in our three-days-or-more band. They scored withdrawal ease 7 and support 8. None of the three Texas testers was asked for ID. For timing across other sites, see our Texas payout times guide.
How the overall score breaks down
Overall, Fortune Wins scored 5.3 in Texas, against 7.2 across all the states our reviewers test from (19 tests in seven states). The individual Texas scores were 8, 7 and 1, and the single low score drives the average. That September 30 tester rated sign-up and usability 10, game range 10 and game quality 8, then scored the site 1 overall because of concerns about redemptions they had read about elsewhere. They did not attempt a redemption themselves. The Texas tester who did redeem scored the site 7.
We report all three scores as given. If redemption reliability is your main concern, start with a small balance and test a cash-out early.

Our take for Texas players
Fortune Wins is quick to join, easy to pay into and generous with coins on day one. It suits a Texas player who enjoys long sessions on a big balance and is comfortable converting FC figures in their head. Keep the hundreds scale in mind, verify your phone for the extra coins, and test a small redemption before you build a large balance.
