Playing Funzcity from Texas
What Texas testers found at Funzcity
From 7 verified Texas reviewer tests: real accounts, real purchases. Typical redemption in our Texas tests: 1-2 days (2 of 3 observations).
A $25 gift-card option softens the $100 cash minimum
The Texas tester who exercised the redemption flow found it easy, with a 25-dollar gift-card tier below the 100-dollar cash threshold.
“it's a big plus to have an option of 25 dollar gift card in addition to a rather high 100 cash limit.”
Pop-ups are constant, especially on mobile
Four of our seven Texas tests called out repeated promotional pop-ups, and two found the site itself slow or dated-feeling; the pop-ups eased on desktop for one tester.
“This pop up showed up over and over. The website itself was a bit slow.”
“Did not like the constant pop-ups, but not a big problem.”
“There were pop-up windows each time I went to the home page.”
Live dealer tables can disappear behind a play-through gate
One Texas tester loved the live casino's $1-minimum tables while another found live access revoked after day one until more play-through was met — worth knowing if live tables are your draw.
“No access to the live casino again until you feed in more money through game play, without any specifics on how much that will be.”
“The live casino selection was the highlight for me. Football Cup Gravity Blackjack was my favorite because the $1 minimum let my money last longer.”

Rated 10/10“The navigation of this game as well as the layout are both very nice. There’s a wide variety of game selections. I was not able to utilize the chat support or speak to customer service so I wouldn’t be able to test how well that works or what the time frames are for that either however, the website was really…”
Rated 9/10“Good website with plenty of games. They had opportunities to spin a wheel for bonus coins. Did not like the constant pop-ups, but not a big problem.”

Rated 7/10“The funZ comes early with a boost of Fun Coins and City Coins (SC) to get you going after signing-up. The funZ hits again with some nice discount offers for your first package purchase. You can rip through the VIP Club's Rookie level without spending a ton of those City Coins as Fun Coin play does contribute to…”
Rated 6/10“While I'm glad I got to play Funz City to try it out, there really wasn't anything special that makes me want to come back. Settling up the account itself was really easy, but I kept getting a pop up to earn extra GC by verifying my email. I didn't necessarily want to do that yet, I just wanted to play. This pop up…”
Rated 8/10“The registration and account verification process is very easy. The new player offers are very generous, and the continuing daily rewards and missions make visiting the site worthwhile. I only used a desktop version of the site: first on my cell phone, then on my laptop. When I was using it on my cell phone, the…”

Overview
Funzcity is one of the most-tested brands in our reviewer program: 42 members have played it. It's a sister site to Funrize, built around a lobby of more than 2,000 games. Testers averaged 7.2/10 overall, and the typical verdict was a fun, slick slots site with a slower cash-out than they'd like.
Sign-up and purchases
Sign-up takes a Google, Facebook or Apple account, or an email. Purchases scored 8.5/10. Testers paid with Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and PayPal; the most popular pack was $12.99 for 325,000 Fun Coins plus 26 City Coins. One tester had a purchase held until live chat passed it to the security team, after which it went through.
Games
Games scored 7.5/10. The lobby is large and slot-led, with table games, shooting games and some live games mixed in, though a few testers saw slots only. A handful reported games that didn't load or ran slowly, and one found navigating back to the lobby awkward.
Redemption and verification
Fourteen testers reached redemption. Seven waited 3+ days, six were paid in 1 to 2 days, and one the same day. Withdrawal ease averaged 7.4/10. Verification is the sore point: one tester was asked for a photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement, and a face scan before they could use the site, and rated it 2/10. Others found the "Redeem" option buried.
Support
Live chat came up repeatedly as quick and helpful.
Verdict
A large, polished lobby that most of our testers enjoyed. Expect a few days for your first redemption and a thorough ID check.
